Mr. Pilip's experience includes 11 successful years of management and team leading in startup and international companies. In addition, Pavel has 20 years of experience in complex hardware, firmware design and application software development.

Mr. Pilip has a very impressive portfolio of successfully completed projects in a large variety of disciplines.

Mr. Guberman is Head of Firmware Engineering with a successful 22-year track record in firmware development in all aspects. He also has 15 successful years of experience in management and team leading.

As the Head of Firmware Engineering at BOARDTECH Ltd., Leonid is responsible for leading and managing a team of firmware engineers. He is responsible for setting goals, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to his team members. Leonid is a valuable asset to BOARDTECH Ltd. — a highly skilled and experienced engineer with a proven track record of success.

As the Head of Software Engineering at BOARDTECH Ltd., Mr. Shteyn is responsible for leading and managing a team of software engineers. As part of his experience Alexander provides architectural and expert assessment in development, application and solution architecture.

As the Hardware Design Expert at BOARDTECH Ltd., Nikolay is responsible for research, development and simulating high speed and high power board designs. He is also responsible for customer engineer consultations in those disciplines.

Mr. Trofimov is Head of the Integration Department with an impressive 7 years of experience in multidisciplinary systems. As part of Eduard's work scope he is responsible for the following disciplines:

Mr. Halfin is Head of the Mechanical Department with an impressive 15 years of experience in research, development and design of multidisciplinary systems, products for mass production, medical devices, innovation and smart things.

Boris brings experience of delivering successful products to market including concept development, design, tolerance analysis, engineering, verification and validation testing and manufacturing support.

He is highly motivated, a creative problem solver and assertive, combining experimental and theoretical engineering analysis, and an analytical team player.

Specializes in design of ultrasound and optical systems, precision mechanics, moving and safety mechanisms, design of plastic injection molded parts, vacuum and cooling systems, waterproof system IPx7, optical design (IPL / lasers / Q-Switch).
